About Matrix Reimprinting

Matrix Reimprinting is the original work of Karl Dawson in the UK which is now being added to by other practitioners, especially Sasha Allenby, whose life was transformed by being a client of Karl and who co-wrote the book on Matrix Reimprinting with him. I am so excited to be involved in this emerging cutting edge work which is having profound, even astounding, results.

It is an EFT based technique which also calls on the understanding gained from the sciences of Quantum physics and Epigenetics and also from new technologies and theories such as Heartmath, Meta-medicine, New German medicine, The Field, Morphic resonance, The Journey and NLP.

It's a technique to change your relationship to your past and dramatically transform your physical and emotional health in the present.

In EFT it is recognized that to heal any condition we have to heal the mind and the body simultaneously and that most of the myriad of diseases that are part of our society all have their origins in life stresses, beliefs and traumas. These traumas can easily be resolved with EFT, and the results ultimately affect the physical body.

Karl began to develop his own variations on the original EFT protocol. One such variation is producing results that are so far beyond the ordinary, that it has become the main focus of his attention. He named the technique Matrix Reimprinting.

To understand how Matrix Reimprinting works, you need a basic introduction to some of the modern theories of quantum physics. What quantum physicists have helped us to understand is that we are all comprised of energy, and that we are all connected by a unified energy field. This notion has been popularized more recently by films such as The Secret and What the Bleep do We Know?, and more and more people are coming to accept the understanding that this field exists.

This energy field was originally referred to as the 'Matrix' by Max Planck in 1944. In more recent years Lynne McTaggart has referred to it simply as 'The Field,' Greg Braden has talked of the 'Divine Matrix,' whilst Rupert Sheldrake has talked of 'Morphic Fields.'

This field or matrix is all around us, and connects us to our past. This is because we hold our specific traumas and stressful life experiences in the matrix, and they influence our every thought pattern, behavior and action. To understand how this is so we can draw on the findings of modern psychology in relation to trauma. Any psychotherapist or psychologist can explain what happens in the body when a trauma takes place. Part of us splits off or disassociates to protect us from the trauma, and this is why we often don't remember a traumatic event after it has taken place. But where does this disassociated part go when it leaves us? Karl's experience over the last couple of years has led him to understand that it goes into the matrix.

We hold in our fields the stressful life events that have gone before, not just as memories but as specific energy bodies, which Karl has named Energy Consciousness Holograms or ECHOs. With the Matrix Reimprinting technique we can work directly with these ECHOs, resolving the negative energetic charge around them. This changes our relationship to our past, and affects our emotional and physical health in the present.

In order to do this we begin with a technique from traditional EFT courses called the 'Movie Technique'. In the traditional Movie Technique you would take an old memory that still has some negative emotional charge for you and you would run it in your mind as though it was a movie, stopping at any point that you feel any change in the body or in your emotions, and using the EFT tapping protocol to resolve the disruption.

The Matrix Reimprinting technique has a number of specific characteristics that are not used in the traditional Movie Technique. With the Matrix Reimprinting technique you can stop the movie at any point, and interact with the ECHO of your younger self in that memory. You can imagine stepping into the picture and tapping on your ECHO using the EFT protocol (whilst physically tapping on yourself in the present), and enter into a dialogue with them, eliciting information from that particular trauma. The ECHO you are interacting with has been holding onto the trauma for you, to keep you protected, so you can thank them for doing so.

You can give your ECHO new tools or resources and allow them to express themselves differently in the situation. After the emotional intensity has resolved you can then imagine taking your ECHO to a safe and comfortable place of their choosing such as the beach or a sunny field, allowing them to experience new and positive emotions in the situation. You then send this new picture and the feelings and colours associated with it out into the field through your heart.

The Benefits of Using Matrix Reimprinting to Transform Your Life

I’m so grateful for the transformational effects of Matrix Reimprinting in my own life and excited about the potential for the possibilities of change for you too. The benefits of working with Matrix Reimprinting are many and varied and I’ll do my best to explain some of them here.

In the first instance, when you try to remember the original event, not only have you resolved all your emotional intensity around the issue, but you usually have a new picture that you have created in your memory. The new pictures affect your physiology and psychology on every level bringing health and well being to your current reality.

Core issues can be identified AND resolved at a speed which amazes me. I see it happening both with my own core issues and those of my clients. It’s not a magic bullet but I’m finding my own transformation radically speeded up as I clear away everything that gets in the way of me being in right relationship to myself and life.

You get to understand and put an end to self-sabotage. It can be very frustrating when you are stuck in an old pattern of thinking or behaviour which you really want to let go of but instead seem to be holding on to for dear life. With the Matrix Reimprinting process you gain an understanding of how a part of you is actually working very hard to protect you and as you connect with and find relief from the original experience that caused the need for protection, the behaviours dissolve away.

In Matrix Reimprinting your inner guidance, knowing and intuition are used to find resolution. This is far more effective than imposing an external solution from someone else.

If you have difficulty accessing your emotions or memories which has made it harder to resolve issues then Matrix Reimprinting is perfect for you. The process works best if you are disassociated from the emotional pain!

It doesn't matter if you are 'non-visual' or think you don't have a good imagination. I'm not 'visual' and it works with me!

Often trauma exists outside your awareness and conscious memory. I know the difficulty of this. I've had to deal with exactly this issue for a great many years as I experienced a major trauma when I was very young. Matrix Reimprinting put an end to that for me as pre-conscious trauma can be accessed and resolved. (I feel like inserting a "Yippee" here!)

To me one of the most appealing aspects of energy-based methods of healing is that they seek to minimise distress. Many people avoid resolving past traumas because of the fear of re-experiencing the pain. However both tapping in general and Matrix Reimprinting seek to minimise experience of the pain not perpetrate it. The aim is to heal the pain and distress as quickly as possible and to clear it completely out of the energy field – we’ve been suffering quite long enough.

There are some issues which just seem to be irresolvable but the good news is that with Matrix Reimprinting these irresolvable issues can finally be resolved bringing relief. For instance you might have lost a loved one without the opportunity to say goodbye, or come to peace over a conflict, or you may feel strain in a current relationship through not being able to let go of emotional ties to a past relationship. This can all be put to rest.

The effects of past trauma are constantly being replayed over and over again in our energy field even when the trauma is long past. Matrix Reimprinting can finally end the trauma cycle. It sends a message to the body that the trauma is over, which means the cells can start to heal and respond in healthier ways. I can feel how this is happening in my own body.

After you have worked with Matrix Reimprinting for a while and collapsed the effect of multiple negative memories you reach a tipping point, and the positive images that have been generated in their place have a more powerful resonance and so start to attract more positive experiences into your life.

I love that Matrix Reimprinting changes your point of attraction. Because we attract experiences into our life based on our beliefs and emotional vibration - which develop out of our past experiences – we can start to attract in a whole new way. This is how your life can start to unfold in a completely different direction.
